Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting REB Relief! We’re excited to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please review our temporary shipping policy below for all the details regarding shipping rates, processing times, and more.

Shipping Regions:

For now, REB is shipping only within the United States and Canada. We’re working on expanding to other regions soon, so stay tuned!

Processing Time:

• Standard Orders: Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order.

• Preorders: If you’ve preordered one of our heating pads, please check the product page for estimated shipping times. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Below are estimated rates:

• United States: $7 - $15

• Alaska & Hawaii: $17 - $25

• Canada: $10 - $18 + applicable duties & taxes

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada due to high costs associated with international shipping and certification requirements. If you’re outside these regions, sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand internationally.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey to your door.

Customs and Duties (Canada):

For Canadian customers, please note that duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and will be calculated and charged by your local customs office upon delivery.

 

Delivery Times:

• Contiguous U.S.: 5-10 business days

• Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: 10-20 business days
